Terms of use
1. What GoSignal is
GoSignal is an app that compares weather forecasts with the activities and limits you set, and tells you what it finds. It is offered by [op_name] (“we”).
2. Weather is context, not authority
Forecasts are estimates and can be wrong or arrive late. GoSignal's verdicts (“Suitable”, “Possible with constraints”, “Not recommended”) and its notifications are advice. You alone decide whether to go, and you are responsible for judging safety at your location, for your activity and for your abilities. Do not rely on GoSignal where an error could endanger life or health.
3. Your account
An account is optional. Give correct details, keep your sign-in secret, and tell us if you suspect misuse. You must be at least [min_age] years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, do not try to access other people's data, and do not use it unlawfully.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep GoSignal running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Notifications depend on your device, the network and third-party services and may be delayed or fail. We may change or discontinue features and will give notice for changes that affect you materially.
6. Weather data
Forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo.com under CC BY 4.0.
7. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where the law mandates it. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties and only for foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for weather forecasts being inaccurate is excluded to the extent the law permits.
8. Ending the contract
You may stop using GoSignal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously breaches these terms.
9. Governing law
